You’re never too old to learn.
We take pride in the age diversity of our students; families often allow their kids to take lessons, but then the parents often want to join in as well! We enjoy the enthusiastic qualities from our younger students, but we also appreciate the wisdom and ability to think deeper in our older students. We offer lessons to kids that are eight and older due to the focus and bodily coordination that is required from the rider to safely ride a horse, which can be difficult for children that are younger than 8 years old.

English.
Coming from all different backgrounds, our trainers primarily compete and train in English riding styles. We bring backgrounds of eventing, dressage, and hunter-jumper skills to the table, allowing you to reach your full potential in the English world. Students get the opportunity to compete with our eventing team at local schooling shows, along with horse trials all around Colorado.

Western.
Whether you enjoy barrel racing, pole bending, or just want to get some experience on the trail, MaeBree offers instruction in the Western Discipline as well. Head Trainer Mary Guthrie competed in the Western Dressage Fall Finale and placed first on her Arabian, Pavé.

Sven.
Rounded up from Northern Colorado, our mustang Sven has come a long way since his days on the prairie. He is competed in both jumping and Western & English dressage, and he also is a great cross-country schooler. He is very personable and never fails to make sure you feel loved.

Sparrow.
Since his adoption in 2020 as a two-year-old, Sparrow has blossomed into a well-rounded lesson horse who loves to teach new riders. Sparrow is a mustang who is the sweetest, most curious gentleman who shows potential to become an eventer, like his big brother Sven.

Pavéon.
Despite his age, Paveon is always ready to go and never runs out of energy. He knows his stuff and is right there for his rider. Paveon is a master in his ability to mold riders into the best shape they can be.
